All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
We reserve the right to change our membership prices. If we change the price of your current plan, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. You may cancel your membership before the price change takes effect if you do not agree to the new price.
Membership fees may be subject to applicable sales tax depending on your location. Any applicable taxes will be added to your billing amount.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new members. If you are not satisfied with your membership within 30 days of your initial purchase, contact us at hello@thefounderswell.com for a full refund. This guarantee applies to your first purchase only and does not apply to renewal payments.
You may cancel your monthly membership at any time from your account dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
You may cancel your annual membership at any time. If you cancel within 30 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund under our money-back guarantee. After 30 days, no refunds are issued for annual memberships, but you will retain access through the end of your paid year.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or allow multiple users to access a single membership account. Each membership is for one individual user only.

All content on The Founders Well — including guides, calculators, diagrams, text, graphics, and code — is owned by The Founders Well and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Your membership grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use our content for your own personal business education purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Honolulu, Hawaii, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify active members by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
